The following instructions contain supplemental information on how to download and install the software.

To download the ISP Connection Manager software:
- Click on the Download button at the top of this page.
- When the File Download window appears, select Save this program to disk. Then click OK.
- When the Save window appears, select your Desktop drive in the Save in: pull down menu.
- Click OKto save the software on the Desktop.
- Once the file is on the desktop, double click it to start the installation process.
- Note: The Download software will only work with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 or higher at the present time. If you do not have this version click here to download it first.
To install the software:
- The ISP Connection Manager welcome screen will appear. Click Next.
- Select the browser you would like to use, and click Next.
- Follow the prompts until you see the license agreement.
- Read the license agreement and press Accept if you agree.
- You will click next on all the following screens until you are prompted to restart the machine, at this point remove the CD from the drive and click Yes, I want to restart my computer to restart the machine.
- When your computer restarts, the software installation process should start automatically.
- Follow the prompts until you are asked for an access code:
- Enter Access Code 400
- The software will attempt to dial our registration server. (If you are unable to connect to our registration server, please see the Troubleshooting Guide below. If the problem is still not resolved, please call Technical Support at 1-800-5144601
- Once you are connected to our server, you will see the software license agreement. Read it and click Accept if you agree.
- When you are prompted for a credit card number, enter it as a continuous number (NO HYPHENS)
- Once Setup is finished, the ISP Connection Manager software will initialize, and you will automatically be connected Online!
Troubleshooting Guide
Problem: Can’t complete ISP Connection Manager software installation
Possible solutions: If you are unable to connect to our signup server, try NOT entering a dial prefix to disable call waiting when prompted.
